Tedi pursued studies in History and International Relations, completing a Master’s degree in European and International Studies. Earlier in his academic path, he also graduated in Civil Engineering, building a dual profile that combines technical expertise with political and strategic analysis.
He was a candidate in the 2025 Albanian parliamentary elections and has served as a parliamentary assistant in the Albanian Parliament. In addition to his political engagement, he has experience in the private sector as an entrepreneur, where he developed managerial and organizational competencies. He currently serves as Head of the Brain Gain Department, the principal think tank structure of the Democratic Party of Albania.
